Boom Boom Rocket: Fireworks & DDR (Together at last!)

Because the genre of rhythm games is so hip right now and the genre of fireworks games is so ignored, Xbox Live Arcade fan favorite Bizarre (Geometry Wars) has decided to satisfy everybody with their latest creation, Boom Boom Rocket.
The game plays like Dance Dance Revolution as you detonate fireworks launched in the air once they hit a set point on the screen. You do this by pressing the colored button on the 360’s controller that corresponds to the color of the firework you see on screen. Because Bizarre is an equal opportunity developer, you can switch to use the directional pad instead of the colored buttons and the onscreen fireworks will change to arrows indicating which button to press – eliminating the need for the lazy/disabled to memorize the complex layout of the colored buttons.
All of this is set to some pretty sweet dance music while you glide around a city overseeing your pyrotechnic creations. Fantavision 2.0? Meh, probably. But I was one of the few who liked Fantavision, and BBR looks a lot more fun. So this is a definite buy for me.
Boom Boom Rocket is set for a “Spring 2007” release on Xbox Live Arcade.

Damn-it. I absolutely despise mistakes like that. If I had admin privileges it would already be fixed. Sorry.
