More Information Revealed on Fable 2

Peter Molyneux is always one to talk up his game, and how epic it’s supposed to be, as well as making some really big promises on some of the gameplay features.
First, it was Fable, and now at GDC it was Fable 2, which is slated to ship sometime this year. The guys over at Xbox 360 Fanboy did the hard work of sorting through all of Molyneux’s banter and compiled a list of some of the new supposed features of Fable’s next epic installment
- Players can pick a male or female hero
- Players can choose to have protected or unprotected sex (and yes, there are STDs)
- Female heroes can get pregnant
- Players can have children
- The world responds to your “hero-ness”
- Two new character morphs (besides Good/Evil): cruelty/kindness and wealth/poverty
- Own every single piece of property
- Players can become king
Seems like quite a lot to offer, especially for a game supposedly coming out this year. It also seems to be a bit…much for a game. Worrying about protection for virtual copulation, and paying child support are things we play games to get away from, not to embrace them.
