Reversing Roles: Take Two Suing Jack Thompson

Looks like Jack Thompson and Take two are at it again, but this time on different terms. Jack Thompson is one of the most infamous supporters of taking down Rockstar and gaming in general. Months before their releases Thompson is already threatening to file suit to prevent Grand Theft Auto IV and Manhunt 2 from hitting retail, similarly as he did with Bully before it’s release.

Now Take Two is taking action against Thompson stating in their complaint:

Thompson has a history of making multiple threats of legal action, whether substantiated or not, both against (Take Two) as well as the retailers who purchase the video games and offer them for sale to the public. Thompson has made such threats again in connection with Manhunt 2 and GTAIV…
