WipEout PSP Sequel Announced

Since the PSP launched, there have only been a small portion of the available games that gamers have gone back to. Among them is the fast paced, future racing simulator: WipEout Pure.
Handheld gamers who enjoyed the original will be excited to hear that a new version: WipEout Pulse, is set to hit retail shelves this September for Sony’s PSP. Included are 24 new tracks, infrastructure online play, and a few new game modes.
One of the new features is entitled “Mag-strip,” which basically let’s your vehicle to momentarily stick to the track for loops, and other maneuvers once thought impossible in the franchise. Still no word on a possible PS3 version though…
