While it’s been under a slight delay, the final version of the Opera-based browser for the Nintendo Wii is finally out. Those of you who enjoy surfing the web in 480p from the place where you surf channels will be excited to hear about the latest features:
- Parental Controls
- Improved zooming and scrolling
- Improved zoomed font
- Shorter startup times
- Quicker access to “favorites”
- Toolbar hiding
- “www.” and “.com” buttons
- Built in Yahoo! and Google searches
Even if you’re not that interested in the idea, you may want to pick it up while it’s still free. After June the browser will be 500 Wii Points ($5 USD).

What I want to know is that if someone downloads this final version now, will they have to pay in June to continue using it, or will it automatically continue working?
