Nintendo’s Wii First Party 2007 Lineup Announced

Last week, we reported on Nintendo simultaneously developing over 45 unique titles for the Wii. Now, we have yet another list for ya, and if IGN’s sources are correct, it’s looking like we could be in for one helluva finish to 2007.
An “officially released financial document” picked up by IGN lists several top notch first party titles that are supposedly coming out in Japan in 2007 — and in comparison to recent Wii title launches, we, here in the US might be able to get our grubby little mitts on as well.
Nintendo is looking to be bringing out the rest of their AAA arsenal with titles such as Super Smash Brothers Brawl, Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, and Super Mario Galaxy. Releasing all within the same year, this all out assault of fan service could very well signal the end of the “next-gen” war, and once and for all declare the Wii the official winner.
Other games that haven’t yet been officially announced include Wii Music and Wii Health Pack. I’m going to assume that Wii Music will feature many of the minigames (drumming, orchestra conducting) used to demo the Wii at E3 2006 — but no amount of brain aneurysm induced thinking can bring to mind what exactly Wii Health Pack could be.
The rest of this year’s Wii lineup after the break.
