1. Microsoft’s released titles on the DS (see: Zoo Tycoon, Age of Empires)

2. Microsoft has right of first refusal for anything Bungie does. All the deal does is allow Bungie to make more money on its own games. Bungie is now a SECOND PARTY developer.

havnt u realised that the DS is Nintendo, and Halo is Bungie/Microsoft, u r all dumb, why would Bungie/Microsoft sell the rights of Halo (or lend them)to Nintendo?
