Resident Evil 4: First 13 Minutes

Chances are pretty high that you’ve played Resident Evil 4 for the Gamecube or PS2. Whether or not you have, you can hit this link here for a look at the first 13 minutes (and change) of RE4 to either give you an idea of what the game is all about, or jog your memory.

It’s a nice video and it shows not only the opening cinema, but the first dose of gameplay. Take note of the voice acting, still horrendously in tact. No re-dubs here folks, so expect some brutally annoying Codec conversations. Still, the game is getting good reviews, so Wii owners shouldn’t have a whole lot of reasons to avoid this budget ($29.99) title when it comes out today.

Is it just me or is this game really showing its age? Maybe it’s just the low-res video, but… ick. For a game that was once revered for being one of the most gorgeous out there, Capcom didn’t do much to back that up.
