Apparenlty the next release of Zelda, on the Nintendo DS, is looking good. Famitsu recently reviewed it and gave it a 39 out of 40.
Famitsu sometimes has a tendancy to give really high scores to games for “unknown reasons.” Hopefully, they’re not kidding around with this title. Zelda is a very important franchise to Nintendo and the DS is selling better than hotcakes. You really don’t want to screw this one up.
“The way it allows players to use the unique features of the DS is quite natural. Particularly puzzles where you draw directly on the map are brilliant. It feels like you really are physically solving the puzzles.”
The game hits Japan this weekend, we’ll know soon enough if this Zelda title will rock #1 spot in Japan. Probably will regardless, right?
(Thanks, 1up)
