Civilization Revolution has officially been confirmed for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Nintendo DS and PlayStation Portable, but has been snubbed for the Wii.
I’m sure Wii owners will enjoy Super Mario Galaxy, but what does this mean? The Wii is not a suitable platform for a game like Civ Rev? What do you think?

I can’t imagine playing a civ game with analog sticks; the Wii probably would have been the best choice.

I would think the wii best for cursor movement, as Tom said.
I may in fact get it for the DS though, not for those other systems. Why? The DS version will be cheaper and the game is “simple enough” that I could play it while sitting on my couch while I relax, or maybe in the john while I’m doing my duty.

I will probably get it for the Xbox 360 and the DS. The 360 has the best multiplayer functionality — and it has achievements! — and the DS is gaming on the go.

I’m not a fan of buying the same game twice. That might just be me though.

They’re not going to be the same game, I’m pretty sure of that.
