First Real Killzone 2 Screenshot!

USA Today leaked the first screenshot of what is apparently in-game for Sony’s ridiculously hyped Killzone 2, which still may or may not get a subitle when unveiled at E3 tomorrow morning. The game recieved a ton of flack in 2005 when it was unveiled with a trailer showcasing previously unknown visuals, a clear display of what Sony intended for the PS3, however, it was regarded as phony footage.

Stay tuned, kids. It’s going to be a bangin’ week, and we’ll be all over the place trying to cover it. We’ll soon see if this screenshot (which is indeed very nice) is representative of what we see at E3.

The shadow is pixelated too if you look at the hi-res version.

I’ll be the black sheep here — that looks pretty damn good to me! Sure, the environments aren’t that great, but if that’s what we can expect out of gameplay footage I’ll take it.

I think this is meant to just be a display of lighting… I think it looks great, you’re not alone Devin.
