Two New MGS Announcements Tonight

Kotaku is hypothesizing that tonight at the Metal Gear Solid 20th Anniversary Party at the Ritz Carlton in Tokyo, where Hideo Kojima will be featuring Metal Gear Solid 4 online gameplay as well as two announcements regarding Metal Gear. What could they be?
Will the X-Box 360 get it as well, possibly later? It would seem strange to make this kind of thing a big deal, since they went out of their way at E3 to say that MGS4 was indeed a PS3 exclusive. A Metal Gear DS game seems logical considering the dominance of the system, and a new Ac!d game could likely be in the works. Or maybe Kojima is announcing his retirement from Metal Gear. Again.
