Circuit City Offers 360 Price Cuts Across the Board

Days after leaked Walmart and Toys R Us ads depicting the Xbox 360’s price cut hit the web, Circuit City has jumped on the Xbox 360 price cut bandwagon showing breaks in all three of the 360’s current SKUs.
Joystiq was sent the flyer prematurely, which depicts the Premium unit going down to USD $350, the Elite at $449, and the Core unit slashed down to $279. Effective August 12th, the deal also packs in Rockstar’s Table Tennis.
GameSpot’s Rumor Control went to see if this was a retail wide price cut, and although they received the standard “We have no announcements to make on pricing at this time” quote, the evidence of an impending press release roll-out with Microsoft confirming an official price cut seems inevitable, especially looking at the way the recent PS3 price cut transpired.
