I know people that like rumble and people that don't. I think its pretty 50/50. If its just straight up rumble, I don't want it. If its the talked about touchsense, I will take it. Rumble never did anything for me other than make me angry when my hands would sweat. As for the PSP, when was the last time Nintendo "ADDED" anything to a exsisting handheld during a redesign. NEVER.
