OFFICIAL: UK Xbox 360 Price Drop

Microsoft UK announced today that the price of the Xbox 360 in the UK will be dropped. The Core Arcade(?) package will retail at £179.99, the Premium will retail at £249.99 and the Elite (Which hits store shelves on the 24th will retail at £299.99.
Stephen McGill, head of Gaming and Entertainment, Xbox UK stated:
“We’re pleased to be able to offer Xbox 360 at a new, lower estimated retail price,”
In addition to the price drop our friends across the pond are finally getting the 120GB HDD (£129.99) and the black wireless controller (£32.99). The pink and blue controllers will also take the long trip over at the end of September along with the Halo 3 themed peripherals.
