Nintendo Announces First Neo Geo VC Titles

Nintendo has announced the first couple Neo Geo titles that the company will be offering via the Wii’s Virtual Console. While European and North American Virtual Console details on the Neo Geo’s presence have yet to be announced, the following titles have been confirmed for Japanese Wiis:

Fatal Fury
Magician Lord
World Heroes

Fatal Fury will be the first to kick things off, on September 11th, and setting the pricing standard for Neo Geo titles at 900 Wii Points (or USD $9).

Interesting, ironic factoid: Nintendo picked a very interesting day to unveil Neo Geo plans, as today is the last day that SNK will support Neo Geo maintenance and repairs.
