For all of you out there who’ve been dying to listen to that awesome new Foo Fighters track (and awesome it is) while cruising your photos, the latest edition of the PSP Firmware Update will allow you to do just that! PSPFanboy (and your update screen) have all that and more:
- You can now set custom themes in [Theme Settings] under [Settings].
- Support has been added for assigning buttons in [Remote Play].
- A scene search feature has been added under [Video].
- Sequential playback is now supported under [Video].
- Simultaneous playback of content under [Music] and [Photo] is now supported.
We’ll be playing with it for a bit to let you know how it goes.
[Update] You can see an obnoxiously loud video courtesy of kodan50 of the Playstation boards here, and you can check out one of the new delicious PSP themes, sans milk.
Also, when booting Lair on the PSP via remote play, the PSP will no longer quit, forcing you to open up the menu again to play- it loads straight in to the game. Not that that’s really a good thing, but hey, we’ll take what we can get.
