1UP Gets First Ninja Gaiden 2 Preview

A post on EGM’s Mark MacDonald’s live blog of Microsoft’s Pre-TGS Press Event, he posted the link to the first Ninja Gaiden 2 preview. This would be more of a surprise if Xbox Japan didn’t accidentally put the screenshots on the official website.

As Microsoft is set to announce at a pre-Tokyo Game Show press event shortly, Ninja Gaiden 2 is real, heading to Xbox 360, and — in an unusual twist — being published by Microsoft itself, rather than Tecmo. While still under development by Tecmo’s Team Ninja, the publisher shift puts it next to games like Halo 3 and Mass Effect as part of Microsoft’s first-party lineup.

(Being published by Microsoft sort of indicates there will be no PlayStation 3 version, so there will be no Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2.)

Click on, and read the full preview!

(Thanks, 1UP.)
