Uncharted: Making a Masterpiece

GameTrailers.com has the first two parts of the making of Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, Naughty Dog’s latest action/adventure/shooter title that is hitting shelves in November on their website tonight, available for your viewing pleasure. While it had a bit of a shakey start with critics being skeptical of the gunplay, recent trailers and hands on have been foreboding of good times to be had by all, and these new videos showcase a lot of what you can expect out of the game. Uncharted is really looking incredible, and since the PS3 is really lacking that one killer app, I think that this game could easily fill those shoes. Relying heavily on story, this shooter could easily impress come November, providing that Naughty Dog doesn’t let the “cinematic” aspect of the game get out of hand. With a game as visually stunning, and the gameplay looking to get more and more entertaining, I think it will be tough to resist this one in November.
