Puzzle Quest on Oct 10

IGN is reporting that D3 entertainment has sent out a press release stating Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords will come out on October 10th for Xbox Live Arcade.
In a press release sent out by D3 Publisher, the company revealed that next week’s Xbox Live Arcade offerings should include the highly anticipated Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords if “all goes well.” No specifics on pricing were given, though we should find that out prior to the game’s release on Wednesday, October 10.
Puzzle Quest was previously released on the PSP and Nintendo DS to critical acclaim. The game melds the RPG and puzzle genres together into a game where battles are won and experience gained through a match-three puzzle game. The XBLA game is a port of the PSP version.
Since the PlayStation Network is supposed to be on the same day as the XBLA release, this probably means it’ll come out then for the PlayStation 3, too.
