The results are in - and you chose the assault rifles, with the mighty Brute Hammers coming in second. Some of you expressed your love for the Battle Rifle in particular.
The shocking thing is that no one liked the plasma pistols - even choosing the SMG for with 2 votes instead of it. The biggest secret of the plasma pistol is that it is a powerful weapon against vehicles - a fully charged shot at a vehicle will bring it to a screeching half and stall it. Someone bothering you with the Ghost? Watch their shock when suddenly it stalls and ceases to move or fire. Then a nicely tossed grenade will finish the job.

Plasma Pistol sucks. It doesn’t track as well as it did in the beta. Using a Power Drainer to take down a vehicle is much easier.

i think this gueco kid is wrong, the plasma pistol is a good weapon in valhalla and sandtrap. hes just mad cuz he dies alot in joust.
