And don't worry about them having enough cash. That's a drop in the bucket for Mr. Softy, especially after last night's earnings. Additionally, I don't think you can really compare aquisitions like Facebook (which, again is not an acquisition) and Encore. They do totally different things. Just an FYI, this is a minority stake in the company…they did not “buy” Facebook. And don’t worry about them having enough cash.
