GripShift to Xbox Live Arcade?

ESRB does it again - it reveals the existance of another Xbox Live Arcade game prematurely as the rating for GripShift has popped up, rating it E10+.
Gripshift is, according to Wikipedia, “is a cross between a platform/puzzle game like Super Monkey Ball and a driving game like Stunt Car Racer. It’s currently on the PlayStation Portable and a $9.99 game on PlayStation Network, so one would assume that the XBLA version will be 800 Microsoft Points ($10).
Anyone enjoy the PSP/PS3 version? The official site has a lot of downloadable content for the game.
