Unreal Tournament 3 Ships Dec. 10 on PS3

Many questions have surrounded the port of Unreal Tournament III to the PlayStation 3, and now we finally have some answers; namely, contradicting prior reports, is that we will indeed be able to get our hands on it this year as the game will ship out on December 10, 2007. Remember, this is the SHIP DATE — it should be officially available the following day, on December 11th.
Now, the only question that remains is if any console gamers actually care. OK, I actually kind of do, but any PC snob worth their salt out there will be quick to judge the console ports inferior. Judging from early previews of the PS3 version, this looks like one solid package, but will console owners embrace UT3 enough to create a decent community?

Unreal Tournament 3 Slated to Ship on December 10, 2007, for the PLAYSTATION®3 computer entertainment system in North America
CHICAGO - November 26, 2007 – Midway Games Inc.
