XBLA Wednesday: Arkadian Warriors and GripShift

After a week of Xbox Originals, Xbox Live Arcade Wednesday debuts two new Arcade titles, Arkadian Warriors and GripShift. GripShift should be familiar to PlayStation Portable and PlayStation 3 owners as a neat little racer that thinks it’s a puzzle game, while Arkadian Warriors is an original hack-and-slash RPG title that seems like Gauntlet: Dark Legacy, the under-rated arcade game that later appeared on consoles.
Each title is 800 Microsoft Points ($10 USD) and are available on December 12, 2007.

Arkadian Warriors and Gripshift Coming to Xbox LIVE Arcade
Coming up this Wednesday are two new Xbox LIVE Arcade titles, Arkadian Warriors and Gripshift. From the media alert:
Three heroic shape-shifting warriors fight to release the Land of Arkadia from the evil Gorgon’s stony gaze. In the uniquely expansive “Arkadian Warriors,” randomly generated dungeons and cooperative multiplayer hack & slash action enhances a deep single-player campaign. The robust cooperative multiplayer mode is available for two players both locally and over Xbox LIVE.
