Game delays are becoming the norm with the current gen, and I'm still catching up on this year's backlog. And I'm going to have to side with AL7AIR on the Three Speech thing -- the whole situation is sketchy in that they sort of strive to remain as a separate entity, but I pretty take everything they say with a grain of salt. It hurts, but these games are too important to ever become irrelevant with PS3 owners.
