C&C: Red Alert 3 Confirmed
The news broke a little earlier than what Chuck Osborn, senior editor at PC Gamer wanted, but Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 has been confirmed; the success of Tiberium Wars probably had something to do with it.
Osborn wrote on PC Gamer’s website:
Boy, are our faces Red! If you came here looking for a major announcement regarding our April 2008 cover story, consider this your Alert that a pack of ravenous polar bears ate the story. Three of them!
Please check back this Thursday when we’ll have reassembled the story from their innards.
You see what he did? Red? Alert? Three? Anyway, Joystiq revealed the cover so the secret is blown for good.
Unless it’s an April Fool’s Joke. (shudder)
