Spore Creature Editor Rated by ESRB

Those of you who are anxiously awaiting Spore, great news! The Spore Creature Editor has appeared on the ESRB ratings, rated E for Everyone. This means that a release is imminent for the PC and Mac. So, start creatin’ creatures a few months before the real thing comes out – and toy around wiith your creations. One must wonder if they’ll be uploaded to the main server for when Spore does come out…

There Patrick Buechner, Marketing VP for Maxis has stated they’re currently looking at releasing the Creature Editor demo about 2 or 3 months before the game release. That puts the demo release in June or July.
