DualShock 3 Next Week, $55

dualshock3PlayStation Blog has announced that the DualShock 3 controller will be available next week for the PlayStation 3, and will cost $55.

The DUALSHOCK 3 wireless controller includes pressure sensors that rumble with each action. SIXAXIS technology is also included, so you can still use motion control, and the controller features Bluetooth technology for wireless gameplay.

(Sony’s penchant for wanting to capitalize everything is annoying. The PLAYSTATION 3 and its SIXAXIS tech and the DUALSHOCK 3 in upper-case can KISS MY ASS. It’s PlayStation 3, Sixaxis and DualShock. Period.)

So, how do you feel about paying an extra $55 for a “last-gen” technology that should have been included in the original system anyway?

Click “Read more…” for the DualShock 3 compatibility list. They don’t explain what the * next to a product means, but I’m betting it means it requires a downloadable update for compatibility.
