Gauntlet Remake to DS

Elf needs food… BADLY.
Has there ever been a more chilling phrase in arcade gaming? Well, aside from I live! from Sinistar. Eidos is bringing Gauntlet to the DS, with a badly needed graphic upgrade, and some tweaked gameplay, but not so much it strays very far from the classic top-down, tight-corridor perspective of the original.
The game will feature 4 player WiFi co-op and competitive gameplay, leaderboards, the whole shebang. This seems like a natural for Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Store, which feature the vanilla Gauntlet and Gauntlet II respectively.
Just remember - don’t shoot the food.
