NEW RELEASES: Week of April 13-April 19

Last week, almost nothing was released. This week, some meaty titles come out for the PlayStation 3, Wii, and (gasp!) PC. (Well, if you consider Gran Turismo 5 Prologue and its whopping 3 tracks “meaty”.)
However, some major titles come out for the PC this week, with Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 and Turok making their debut. While Turok is hit-and-miss, Vegas 2 is a scintillating tactical shooter that should have some awesome online play. If you’re into Japanese MMORPG’s, Final Fantasy XI: Vana’Diel Collection 2008 bundleware comes out.
The Wii gets one of the titles some think the Wiimote was made for: Okami. However, some early first takes from publications indicate that the game’s difficulty has been amped up for the Wiimote - whether you think that’s a good or bad thing is strictly up to taste.
There’s no new releases for the Xbox 360, unless you’re excited by a wireless Guitar Hero III Gibson guitar. The PS2 gets a new GH3 wireless model, the Kramer.
