Standalone NFL Head Coach 09 After All

Great news for those of you intrigued by the improvements over the original NFL Head Coach in the ‘09 edition, but dismayed by the prospect of having to buy a $90 Madden NFL 09 Special Edition to even check it out: Electronic Arts has announced that a standalone version would hit stores three weeks after Madden on September 2, 2008.

If you’ve seen the the new feature list for the game, and enjoy sports management titles, you really have to hope EA Tiburon got this one right.
