LEGAL BRIEF: Tecmo Implodes

It bad news when one of your upper level management staff leaves and decides to sue your company, It’s worse when the majority of the team he headed follows suit. It is an absolute disaster when every employee you have files a class action law suit against you. To say the least, June hasn’t been a very good month for Tecmo. The suit, like the one by Tomonobu Itagaki, was filed in a Tokyo District court and alleges that employees went unpaid for working overtime and holidays.
