RUMOR: Price Reduction for Xbox 360?

Maybe, just maybe the price of Microsoft’s Xbox 360 is coming down. Some images of what is alleged to be a new flyer for Kmart have appeared at HighDefDigest. The images are grainy and there’s nothing to indicate that it’s even from a Kmart flyer, but it has created a buzz. The original forum post also states that the price reduction would be coming around July 6th. $50 isn’t much, but it is something. There are no pictures or references to the Elite or Arcade models, but similar price cuts would put them at $400 and $230 respectively.
Questions: If the Xbox 360 Arcade does drop below $250 will Nintendo drop the price of the Wii? What does Sony do about their PS3 prices?

Well, they’re already losing a lot of money on the 360, but I’m sure there are people that have held off on getting one due to the price….Now if only we could get some price drops on the PS3
