E3: How Themes Will Work With Fall Update

Major Nelson posted a screenshot of how dashboard themes will work with the upcoming Xbox Live Dashboard Fall Update, and they look pretty much how we thought they’d look.
Still no real idea of how gamerpics will be implemented - probably as icons in places you can’t have an Avatar.
