RUMOR: Max Payne 3 Rockstar’s Secret Project?

Brutal Gamer is pondering if Rockstar’s “secret project” is none other than Max Payne 3.
In May of this year Take-Two Interactive were keen to emphasize that the Payne franchise was in their portfolio and that the series has sold over 7 million copies to date. Not bad for a series consisting of only two titles and a Gameboy release all back in 2003. Now what game that has sold over 7 million copies does not get a sequel?
And what better time would it be to release a Max Payne 3 than when the live action movie starring Mark Wahlberg hits theatres this fall?
The real question is: will Max look like he’s constantly trying to squeeze a massive dump again?
