Civ 4: Colonization Headed to Mac

Mac owners can rejoice as Civilization 4: Colonization has appeared on the ESRB rating site and lists Mac OS alongside Windows PC as a platform.

Anyone who played the original Colonization fell in love with the underrated strategy game, as it was overshadowed by its older brother Civilization. Now, Civ waves it under its banner, so it’ll hopefully get more attention.

    Would be great, but all I read on other webpages, CIV 4 Colonization will be exclusivly published for “Games for Windows”.

    They were told by Firaxis this, but it’s just not true. Limited time exclusivity. Two other Civ IV games have been developed for the Mac by Aspyr.

    It hasn’t been announced yet for the Mac. It’s been rated by ESRB for the Mac, that’s it.
