Street Fighter Alpha Hits PSN Thursday

Thursday, August 14, will see the classic Street Fighter Alpha hitting the PlayStation Store, PS3 Fanboy is reporting.

If you missed it back in the day, then your chance to give the classic a try is coming. This Thursday, during the weekly scheduled PS Store update, Street Fighter Alpha will be available for download onto your PS3 or your PSP. Capcom hasn’t officially revealed the price yet, but we imagine it shouldn’t be much different from other PS One classics… It will be $5.99.

Unfortunately, like the recent release of Soulcalibur on Xbox Live Arcade, there will be no online multiplayer. You’ll have to wait for Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix for that - whenever THAT it coming out.
