This week, there’s only one game on Xbox Live Arcade Wednesday on August 20: Galaga Legions. Like Pac-Man Championship Edition and Space Invaders Extreme, Legions is a reimagining of the classic Galaga (itself an available title on Arcade.)

This week, Galaga Legions hits Xbox LIVE Arcade. Brought to you by the same team that delivered Pac Man Championship edition, this is a souped up version with shiny new graphics and a huge number of enemy waves to shoot through.

Galaga Legions can be yours for 800 MS Points and is rated E for everyone.

Reminder: Don’t forget to download and play at least the trial the first week if you’re playing the Summer of Arcade Xbox.com contest.

    Not a very good re imagining and you can do a lot better with Geometry wars.
