Nintendo Admits “We Screwed Up at E3″

Joystiq is reporting that Nintendo realized it goofed up at E3, though it had already backpedalled on their performance.

“I would say the message is we were disappointed with our performance at E3. There were titles like Wario which we think will be really fun titles that we should have showcased,” Cammie recently admitted to VGChartz, adding, “We were excited that Mr. Miyamoto made the commitment that Pikmin is coming. It would have been nice if we could have said that on stage.”

Instead, it catered to old people, housewives and children at a conference where there are absolutely no old people, housewives and children. Everyone, including us, knew that Nintendo flopped heavily - how could they not think they’d get slammed? This wasn’t a conference at a Hannah Montana concert.

Of course, if you want a perfect example how not to run an E3 conference, click “Read more…”

(And it only took Sony two years to admit it goofed.)

Where’s the news here, we already knew their presentation stank… I guess we should appreciate that they know it as well?

  2. Jonah Falcon Says:

As I said - it took Sony years to even acknowledge they made a mistake, and blew smoke up people’s asses during that time.
