Quest for Glory II Re-Released

If you’re bemoaning Activision’s decision not to take advantage of Sierra’s old adventure games, at least someone is re-releasing one of the classics, Quest for Glory II: Trial By Fire.
Finally you’ll get to meet Rakeesh, Uhura and Ad Avis in their 256-color glory, as well as get the chance to navigate a much simplified alleyway system. If that last bit didn’t make you breathe a sigh of relief, you should click here immediately and get educated.
Still, it would be nice if some new IP’s were created, though with the recent quality of Leisure Suit Larry games, it might not be that wise.

I hope this is good, I want it to be good, their last re-make strayed a lot from the original… and that wasn’t bas as KQ2 didn’t have much there anyway… But QFG2 has a great story already… I’m keeping my fingers crossed and dling it tonight
