WiiWare Update: Helix

This week’s WiiWare game is Helix, a music-rhythm game employing the Wiimote, which is basically Dance Dance Revolution for people with no rhythm and who don’t want to actually dance, waving their arms around like puppets with their strings cut. Check the video above for the pure horror, from developer Ghostfire’s website.
To recap, Wii Music doesn’t require timing, and Helix doesn’t require dancing. Anyone else sense a pattern?
If you want to spend $10 worth of Wii Points to give your grandma an excuse to exercise her shoulders, this is the game for you!

Why do we even bother covering Nintendo’s downloadable releases anymore? All it causes is pain and grief!
