The guys over at PS3 Fanboy are reporting that LA Noire, the mysterious project of Team Bondi, might be coming to the Xbox 360 as well. The game was initially announced over a year ago as a Playstation 3 exculsive, but since then not much as been said about the game… until now. In an interview with IGN, Tom Crago, the CEO of Team Bondi, stated that the game would be released on both the PS3 and the Xbox 360.
The reason isn’t directly stated, but elsewhere Mr. Crago talked about the cost of his magnum opus, “the biggest budget video game in development anywhere in the world. It would certainly … in terms of console titles, be in the top ten… LA Noire is a massive massive project.” Hmm… Let’s hope its worth it, Tom. I’d hate to see it fall flat on its face at release; I mean what really does Team Bondi have in their portfolio? Nothing, that’s what! The founder of the studio, Brendan McNamara, was the writer and director for The Getaway.
My skepticism is running pretty high at this point.
