Banjo Kazooie Comes to XBLA

Microsoft has announced that the N64 classic Banjo Kazooie will be debuting on Xbox 360’s live Arcade service on November 26 of this year! Are you excited? I didn’t own a N64 and my friends who did only had three games, all of them all had the same three games: Mario Kart, GoldenEye, and Star Fox.
If though you’re a die hard Banjo fan or someone who just loves Rare (are you ?), you might be interested in getting this game when it comes out for the low, low price of $15.00. No? Well, if that is too much then you could pre-order the newest Banjo game, Banjo Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts, and will get a code that’ll get you the original N64 classic for free! You’ll also be interested to know that Banjo Tooie will also be coming next year to XBLA.
Also, in a blatant attempt at cross marketing of some sort, the things you do in the original Banjo Kazooie on XBLA can unlock levels and various other assorted goodies on the new 360 version, Nuts and Bolts, a la Alien Hominid HD and Castle Crashers. Clearly this is a great time to be a Banjo fan, bur for those of us who don’t have nostalgia fueling our desires there isn’t much to say.
