PSN Down for Maintenance Today

Moderator on the official SCEE forums, Alize writes:

“The PlayStation Network will be unavailable between 16:00 GMT and 18:00 GMT on 4th nov due to maintenance. “

So, if you can’t access PSN, don’t panic. Just vote.
