PS3 Hype, a Dutch gaming site, has reported that Mirror’s Edge has had disastrous first week sales in Europe.
- PlayStation 3 version: 30,936 units
- Xbox 360 version: 27,626 units
Ouch. This may destroy Electronic Arts’ (premature?) plans for a trilogy. If the game had bad North American sales, it could it for DICE’s planned Mirror’s Edge 2.

What’s your definition of disastrous?
You’re using guesses derived from VGChartz.

Disastrous is 30K in one week.

Only that the game has sold almost double that…
What did you expect with a first person platformer? It’s not exactly going to capture the Gears of War demographic is it?

30K per console. Are you saying 60K is acceptable?
