Pandemic: We’re Not Doing Battlefront III

There’s been a lot of rumormongering going around that Pandemic is currently working on Battlefront III in secret. Well, in the Pandemic Studios message boards, they laid that rumor to rest:
As of right now I can say Battlefront 3 is not currently at Pandemic. While I know the title seems to be up in the air from all the buzz around the web… Lucas Arts will be the only one knowing where the title is at right now.
While this leaves open the hint that it could be in the middle of development with another developer, the fact that there’s no Battlefront III in the works at Pandemic makes us all a little sad.
