Battlefield 1943: 5M Kills, 29.5 Years in 1 Day

DICE’s Gordon Van Dyke is reporting that there have already been five million kills in 29 and a half gaming years in a single day of Battlefield 1943 on Xbox Live alone.

Considering that 43 million kills from the community as a whole will unlock the fourth Coral Sea map, it seems DICE and Electronic Arts seriously underestimated the enthusiasm for this Xbox Live/PSN title.

Let us know if you’ve been doing your part to unlock Coral Sea.
