Zombie Apocalypse Issues on PS3

Conceptual Gamer is reporting that there are some gamestopping online issues with the PlayStation 3 version of Zombie Apocalypse, a downloadable game released on PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade.
It would appear that the online portion of Zombie Apocalypse for PS3 is currently only playable if you invite players to your game. Trying to use the matchmaking options results in the PS3 system freezing up, with gamers having to then switch the Ps3 off manually in order to get it working again.
More info can be found here.
Nihilistic Software has responded, and have posted a form for players to email them to help them fix the problem. Click “Read more…” for the full form.
Hey guys, this is Jon Slavin, Design Lead on Zombie Apocalypse from Nihilistic Software.
We have seen reports from some users who are experiencing issues with on-line connectivity in the PS3 version of Zombie Apocalypse. The first thing we want to say is that we’re sorry you are having an issue with the game. While the on-line mode of game is working correctly for the majority of users, and thousands of on-line sessions have been logged, we are working to address these reports of problems as quickly as possible.
Before release, the game was tested on-line extensively at Nihilistic, at Konami, and at Sony, and we did not encounter the issues that some users are currently reporting.
To help us identify the problem, we’re requesting affected players to provide as much of the following information about your network setup as you can, by emailing info@nihilistic.com
- Describe the symptoms you are experiencing.
- Are your connection issues with this title affecting all sessions, or some sessions with specific users?
- Are you starting a game via a player invite, through the game browser, or both?
- What is the NAT type of your connection and (if you know) the players you are connecting to? (You can find your NAT type via XMB > Settings > Network Settings > Internet connection test.)
- What version of the PS3 System Software are you using? (This info can be found in XMB > Settings > System Settings > System Information)
- What is the brand & model of your router?
- What ISP do you use?
- Where are you located geographically?
- Are you playing with voice chat enabled?
We can’t respond to each report individually, but any information will help us track down the issue.
Again, we apologize to those of you who are reporting on-line connection problems, and are investigating the problem.

I am having trouble selecting the more than one player option. This is not the online playing, just 2 players in the game. I use the arrows to try to change the one to a 2 and it just stays on the 1. This has worked on the game before.
