Activision CEO Makes a Killing

Bobby Kotick, the CEO of Activision Blizzard, must be having a good week as he presides over the most successful game launch in history. Mr. Kotick took this opportune moment to unload about 2,000,000 shares of the company netting himself a cool $20,000,000!
Initial reports of this fact conjectured that perhaps Kotick knew something that we didn’t, and was unloading stock that was soon to be worth considerably less by subsequent reports. Now, they show that Mr. Kotick’s sell of stock had nothing to with his views on the industry’s or his company’s economic condition, and everything to do with the outrageous benefits packages US companies give their CEOs.
